Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. Additionally, he is the Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is also committed to educating the future generation. He serves on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and is also a contributing writer in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three kids.
